Do you ship out the products on the same day that I order it?
Usually, our shipping department will take half a day to prepare and ship your item. This is to allow our staff to verify the information for the order and to make sure there are no mistakes or errors anywhere. Once your order has been verified and confirmed by our verification team, your order will be sent to our packaging and shipping department for shipment. All International orders will be delivered within 2 -3 business days.
What shipping methods are you using ?
At this moment, we are using Express Mail Service provided by DHL and UPS. Both are the most reliable and fastest shipping courier in the world.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, as signatures for our packages are required. This is to ensure the safe arrival of each package to the correct person.
